Property Details — the listing map

The map inside the property details panel, ported off Leaflet onto native MapLibre in #2273.

Use the Show Map toggle in the details panel — the map is behind the photos by default.
A basemap renders with a single marker on the property.
Toggle back to photos and to the map again; the map should still be there and correctly sized.

Without a property_id this correctly reports the listing is unavailable. Use ?property_id=ca45_219097592DA.
